Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Peptory Labs processes and ships domestic U.S. orders, including estimated timelines, shipping charges, and carrier-related limitations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is successfully received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, weather delays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200
  • $9.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $200
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge

Shipping eligibility thresholds are calculated after discounts, coupon codes, and promotional credits are applied.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

  • Standard shipping: typically 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: delivery timing depends on the service selected at checkout and the destination

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, routing issues, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Peptory Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at [your support email] and include your order number.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, transit timing and final delivery are outside our direct control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims or shipment issues when appropriate.
