Are your products for human consumption?

What does “research use only” mean?

“Research use only” means the product is supplied only for lawful laboratory, research, and analytical use. It is not sold as a drug, food, supplement, cosmetic, or medical product.

Do you guarantee product results?

No. Because these products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only, no claim is made regarding any specific research outcome, application, or result.

Quality & Testing

How is product quality verified?

We place a strong emphasis on product quality and batch consistency. Products are sourced and handled with research standards in mind, and select batches may be supported by analytical testing documentation such as purity testing and identity verification.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

When available, batch-specific documentation may be provided or made available upon request. COA availability can vary by product and batch.

Ordering & Shipping

How quickly are orders processed?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is typically sent once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s performance. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within a few business days, but carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.

Do you offer free shipping?

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the item(s). We review damage claims on a case-by-case basis.

What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Please first check around your delivery location, with household members, and with neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and then reach out to us so we can help review the situation.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or believe there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly with your order number and a clear description of the problem. We will review and respond as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help with changes. Once fulfillment begins, modifications may not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
